Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Standard tracked shipping to the United States takes 7–14 business days from the day your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost: Free tracked shipping on all US orders.

Order tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show first movement after dispatch — this is normal.

Address changes: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering at support@getritualglow.com and we'll do our best to update your address before dispatch. Once shipped, we can't redirect a package.

Delays: In rare cases (customs, carrier delays, peak seasons) delivery can take longer than 14 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll resend or refund it — your choice.
