Refund policy

30-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your RitualGlow product, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement.

Damaged or defective items: Email us a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.

Not what you expected: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we confirm the return, we'll refund the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order never arrived: If tracking shows no delivery within 25 business days of ordering, we'll resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund.

How to start a return or refund: Email support@getritualglow.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
